About Me

Ever since I was little I had a passion for animals. I grew up on a small hobby farm filled with horses, goats, chickens, cats and dogs not to mention the numerous gerbils, guinea pigs, hermit crabs and newts that I had over the years. I come from a family of chiropractors (both my parents are chiropractors, 3 uncles, aunt, sister, grandfather and about 8 second cousins) so following in my parents footsteps felt good to me. On my first summer home from college I worked at a small horse stable when I had my first encounter with a animal chiropractor. I didn't even know there was such a thing! From that moment on I went to chiropractic school with the intention of working on animals. As soon as I graduated from chiropractic school I enrolled at the Healing Oasis Wellness Center in Racine, WI to attend the Veterinary Spinal Manipulative Therapy course. I passed my 226 hour certification course in 2008 and have been treating dogs, cats, horses and the occasional cow at various locations in northern and northeast Wisconsin. I currently spend 1-2 days per week adjusting my animals patients and I LOVE every minute of it. In the near future I fully intend on having a primarily animal practice and adjust people on the side :)
